All credit cards are processed in a U.S. bank by a U. S. processor.
There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide the exact billing address of your credit card and telephone number. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. The total dollar amount of your order is allocated at the time your card is approved, although payment (transfer of funds) does not occur until the order ships. We are committed to protecting our customers’ personal information. We do this by using industry-standard encryption and password protection technologies.
The prices quoted on this Website are quoted in U.S. currency. Prices are subject to change at any time.
We are required to collect applicable sales tax on orders shipped to Florida. We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped elsewhere. Sales taxes are based on final purchase amount.
Sale prices are offered to our customers for a limited time and on specific merchandise. Sale prices are not applicable to prior purchase.

Due to the nature of our products, occasionally, we may be currently out of stock on an item that you have ordered. We will immediately notify you of the anticipated shipping date via email. If you have ordered more than one item and not all of the items are available, you will receive multiple shipments. We ship all items as they become available unless you inform us otherwise.
We offer Free FedEx Ground Home Delivery shipping on all items delivered within the Continental U.S. In-stock items ship by ground within 3 business days of placing your order. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or observed Holidays will be processed the next business day. Orders over $300 will require a signature for delivery.
All in-stock items are available for expedited shipment. You may choose an alternative shipping method at an extra cost which will be calculated automatically based on your ship-to address at the time of checkout. Return and Exchange
The Murano Art Collection Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Murano Art Collection purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt of order, return your unused, undamaged merchandise for a full refund less shipping charges. Any associated return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
1. If you would like to return an item(s), please contact us by email email@example.com or phone 404-857-5467 to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. You must have a RMA number prior to returning the item(s) to us. Each RMA number covers only the specific item(s) for which it was issued. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise.
2. After receiving the RMA number, carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging as the merchandise was received. Place the packaged merchandise in the outer carton as it was received. We must receive your returned merchandise in good condition to process your return or exchange. We are not responsible for returned merchandise received damaged due to poor packaging, defaced packaging, or lost shipments.
3. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package. It should be clearly displayed on the return shipping label on the package. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Errors and Damages
Please inspect all items in your order within 3 business days of receipt of order. Promptly notify us by phone at 404-857-5467 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org of merchandise damage or if a packing error occurred. We will not replace/refund damaged items reported later than 3 business days after the delivery date.
